I have chronic illness and find it difficult to sleep and get comfortable. Tried lots of different makes but they didn't help at all . Bought these last week used it 6 nights and it's so comfy did remove 1 insert too high too hard for me and I slept better this last 5 nights . I still have broken sleep but that's just the nature of this illness but I'm sleeping better.
